100 gram black carrots

- 2 tablespoon of chili powder
- 2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
- 1 medium size clay pot
How to make Kali Gajar ki Kanji
In the pot mix all spices and 10 cup of water.
Cover the pot and for 1-2 days put the pot in the sun.
Now add sliced black carrots in it.
Place the pot in the sun for more 1-2 days.
When sour, kanji is ready to serve.
